ENVIRONMENT OVERVIEW

Our cattle live their entire lives on pasture, eating grass and forage as nature intended. We use “regenerative grazing,” an approach that has multiple, proven benefits for the environment—and none of the drawbacks of conventional, corn-based, feedlot production.

Our practices improve soil health and fertility, which means more abundant production of food, and protection against both droughts and floods.

Most important, our regenerative grazing combats climate change by sequestering carbon, as well as minimizing methane release, and relies on natural soil systems rather than fossil fuels.
